Longstanding concerns such as depression, anxiety, domestic violence, substance abuse, and suicide have not only persisted but, in many cases, worsened in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. These challenges have erected new barriers to connection, healing, and personal growth. In response, my clinical approach is grounded in therapeutic empowerment. I work to equip individuals with the practical tools, emotional insights, and relational skills they need to navigate adversity, and foster meaningful connections.
