Hello, I'm Reva. As a Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Social Worker, I have had the privilege of working with individuals ranging from teens to adults in a variety of settings. I understand how easy it is to allow negative forces to consume us, but I believe it is possible to step through that negativity and achieve the peace and calm you desire for your life. My approach is to walk beside you, challenge you, and nudge you on your journey. You have already taken the first big step toward healing My specialties include working with individuals dealing with depression, family relationships, narcissistic personality disorder, PTSD, anxiety, and trauma. I also have experience supporting military personnel and veterans, as well as helping clients navigate intimate and romantic relationships and manage stress.
