I believe everyone seeks to be understood and my goal as a therapist is to ensure my clients feel heard, valued, and affirmed. The client is the expert of their own experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to assist them in developing awareness, understanding, and compassion for themselves by providing a safe, authentic environment where we can work together to facilitate growth and change. By using a person-centered, solution-focused, and relational approach, I assist clients in gaining personal insight to bring about healthy changes.
