At Revive Psychotherapy, we help children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and behavioral challenges. Our bilingual (English & Spanish) therapists provide remote therapy across New York and in-person sessions in our Inwood office, offering a safe, supportive space for children, adolescents, and adults to feel more stable, present, and empowered at every stage of life. We provide evidence-based psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional regulation. I use play therapy and developmentally informed care with children and teens, and CBT and DBT with adults to build coping skills, insight, and lasting emotional resilience.
