Hello, I’m owner of Revive Therapy and Wellness. I help teens, adults, and older adults navigate life’s challenges—anxiety, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, and emotional dysregulation. My approach is warm, supportive, and personalized, helping you feel understood, regain balance, and move forward with confidence. I provide a safe space to explore, heal, and grow so you can thrive in daily life. I specialize in DBT and we have a DBT adult group on Monday nights. Life can be messy, unpredictable, and downright overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone! My approach is a blend of different therapeutic techniques, always tailored to your unique needs. I mix the warm and fuzzy's with humor and a little tough love.
