My goal as a mental health clinician is to help you identify the keys strengths inside of you and to offer guidance to have positive life fulfillment. I do believe that no one purposely desires to be unhappy and allow problems/situations to adversely affect their self-esteem/worth. My therapeutic approach will address presenting issues and focus on the effective solution that is necessary to allow you to lead the life that you want. My counseling process is catered to the needs of the individual and although not about me, my ultimate goal is to help clients to reach their full potential.
