I help adults resolve the burdens and trauma that keep them stuck using EMDR intensives for deeper, more efficient healing than talk therapy alone. My work is tailored to military members, veterans, first responders, and military spouses who need focused care that fits demanding roles, shift work, or frequent relocations.
