I aim to approach each person with gentleness and empathy, recognizing the need for individualized care. My therapy is collaborative and centered on creating emotional safety and meaningful connections. I consider it a privilege to support others through their journeys of pain, healing, and personal growth, working to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and feel more connected to those around them. I believe authentic change can happen with genuine connection. My background is comprised of working with survivors of emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, specifically in domestic violence and sex trafficking settings. I am currently in the 3-year process of Somatic Experiencing (SE) trainings, and I enjoy bringing somatic techniques into my work with people.
