My name is Reynalda Galarza, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I use an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy, incorporating solution-focused techniques and inner child work to help clients heal and achieve their goals. I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, childhood trauma, and emotional challenges, helping them uncover and address underlying needs to create meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported while we work collaboratively on their journey toward healing.
