I specialize working with individuals and couples going through difficult life-transitions and overwhelming stressors that are impacting their quality of life. Individuals: depression, anxiety, and personal life-transition. Couples: inter-relationship conflict, life-transition. I have worked with individuals in exploration of authentic-selves and brainstorm with clients for methods of treatments. I find joy working with couples as they navigate through their relationship, finding their own methods of how their relationship works, and for them to strengthen their abilities to convey both their feelings and intentions to one another.
