Are you someone who knows "what" you want but often gets stuck when it comes to taking action? You’re not alone. Fear to launch is a struggle for many people. You clearly envision your goals such as making a significant life change, but the “how” of getting there feels difficult to attain. That’s where I come in. I specialize in helping individuals who have a clear idea of what they want but struggle with starting the process. Struggles may include building better habits, navigating a major transition, grieving a bad breakup or addressing long-standing issues. My role is to work alongside you on this journey by providing guidance.
