You are the expert of your own lived experience and together we will create a personalized and transformative plan to place you on the path toward increased self-awareness, self-compassion, and change. Using trauma-informed therapy, I specialize in providing individual/group counseling to survivors of Gender-Based Violence. In addition I have experience working with at-risk adolescent and the LGBTQ population. As a first-generation immigrant and a woman of color, I am particularly interested in empowering all individuals.
