I work with individuals who are navigating life transitions or experiencing dissatisfaction despite outward success. These transitions can include career changes, shifts in identity, relationship changes, or simply realizing that life no longer feels aligned with who you are. Life transitions are inevitable and can bring anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and uncertainty. You do not have to go through this alone. In our work together, we will focus on developing healthy coping skills, reducing anxiety and depressive symptoms, and strengthening self-compassion so you can show up more fully. I use evidence-based approaches, including ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused and Strength-Based therapy in collaborative, interactive sessions.
