Life experiences, transitions, and relationships provide both an opportunity to be challenged and to grow. In my practice, I welcome adults, couples, adolescents and families who wish to improve the quality of any dimension of their lives - from professional, family and parenting relationships to emotional, interpersonal, or physical challenges. Drawing upon specialized training focused on gaining insight (psychodynamic), building skills to manage emotions and behaviors (cognitive behavioral) and understanding relationships (family systems/relational), I work closely with individuals to develop understanding and identify goals that address the distinct factors that may be inhibiting life pursuits or interfering with personal, academic, or professional satisfaction and success.
