I am so glad you are here! I’m Rhea, a Licensed Professional Counselor. Recognizing individual's strengths and instilling hope as a method to finding exceptions to challenges are at the core of my practice. Providing support for change, I am committed to the client-centered therapeutic process in order to aid mental wellness. My practice is grounded in the Humanistic, client-centered approach. I may also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral, Reality and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, as well as healing expressive arts techniques. All clients are regarded without judgment and with the utmost attention to client-identified goals. I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, but it's also a courageous first step toward positive change.
