My ideal client is one who may or may not understand their problematic behaviors and thoughts that keep them in the same dysfunctional patterns who would like to make positive changes with the help of a professional! Their goals would include getting out of the rut they’re in and moving past repeated negative thinking habits. They want to make better choices for themselves and their loved ones and have successful relationships where they can use healthy coping skills and learn to problem solve on their own. What I can do for you is educate you on the issue(s) and together we will find a way to make your life more manageable. My specialty and joy is doing EMDR with those who have trauma. I can help you understand why you do the things you do and change the behaviors you want to change.
