I offer compassionate support and hope for young adults, adults, and couples who want something different with their lives but don't know where to start. Through gentle exploration and the opportunity to try new behaviors, you can experience growth and healing and have better, more fulfilling relationships. I work with various populations, including families, young adults, adults, and couples. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma symptoms. Our sessions focus on your individual experiences and can include family exploration, humor, or movement. We may spend time examining thought patterns. Our direction will be based on your needs.
