I am a CT Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I received my BA in Psychology from St. Leo University and my Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Malone University. I aim to balance reflection and action - helping clients process emotional experiences while developing concrete tools to strengthen resilience, communication, and self-trust. Clients often describe my style as warm, validating, and goal driven. I strive to create a space that supports emotional insight, encourages and empowers each client to move toward authenticity and balance in their relationships with themselves and others.
