I am passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, and identity development with compassion and curiosity. At the heart of my work, I believe that healing happens in relationship—both with others and with ourselves. I work from a foundation of psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. These approaches support individuals and couples in understanding their inner worlds, healing from past wounds, and building more connected, authentic relationships.
