My coaching and mentorship are built for the kind of weight that rearranges how you breathe, speak, trust, and move through the world. The kind that’s hard to name but even harder to carry alone. I work with people who’ve lived through what others deny, dismiss, or can’t handle hearing. This isn’t about fixing yourself or complying with someone else’s idea of recovery-it’s about finding what’s real and building from there, on your terms. What you’ve carried is real. So is the way you’ve survived it. Coaching starts by honoring that survival, and mentorship gives you tools, perspective, and partnership—so you don’t feel so alone.
