Recovery is not for people who need it, it is for people who want it! I want to be along this journey with you! I will walk along side you each step of the way, encouraging you to be your best self. Children and teens are my passion, adults suffering from depression, anxiety, self-injurious behavior, and or trauma. I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Perspectives. I have over twenty years of experience running acute facilities, group homes, as well as training others in trauma informed services and how to deliver services in the most compassionate, sensitive manner possible. My goal for every client is that they walk away with concrete coping skills that they can utilize for many years to come.
