I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) who works with adults navigating life’s challenges and transitions, including aging, depression, relationship concerns, and the effects of trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to the individual, so I take time to understand each client’s experiences, values, and goals. I work with you to build insight, develop practical coping skills, and identify personal strengths and protective factors that support your healing.
