Welcome to my practice. I believe that my passion for working with and helping others combined with over 40 years of work with individuals, families and children in a variety of settings brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our work together. I provide thoughtful, compassionate counseling to help bring about personal growth and change. We will work to develop insight to improve understanding of thoughts and feelings, improve communication and relationships, develop coping skills for anxiety and depression, and resolve conflict that interferes with peace and balance in your life.
