I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who graduated from Ottawa University of Phoenix with a Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling with concentration in Trauma, Abuse, and Deprivation (TAD). I use a client-centered approach with an emphasis on trauma and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I am also trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF CBT). I has experience in working with adults, children, adolescents, and families. I hope to be a guide through your journey of healing so you can take back your life and begin to live it to the fullest.
