I'm accepting new clients and take Aetna, United Health Care and Cigna insurances. This is my 20th year as a therapist helping adults heal from toxic relationships whether from childhood or adult experiences. I find that many adults get stuck in an unhealthy relationship cycle bc they weren't taught the emotional skills needed to make healthy social choices. Emotional neglect and abuse can also give us a negative belief about ourselves. Getting UNSTUCK often means learning healthy skills to improve our choices and our thoughts. I am trained in EMDR and EMI which helps resolve trauma experiences. Self pay rate is $150/session
