I am a LICSW and I work with older adolescents and adults. I specialize in issues related to anxiety, stress, depression, trauma/PTSD, shame, grief, navigating life transitions as well as family and social/peer relationships. I also offer support and consultation to parents who might need guidance in understanding their child's mental health and developmental needs. I highly value the therapeutic relationship and I do my best to create an environment for you to feel deeply heard and understood in order for you to safely explore your emotions, thoughts and feelings in support of your therapeutic goals.
