I am certified in TF-CBT working with children ,teens and adults dealing with every day situations which can become overwhelming . I work with a variety of population of ages from 5 and up to help individuals and families struggling to cope with the varied and pervasive effects of disorders as well as their underlying or subsequent mental health conditions. My aim is to walk along side of those who are working on overcoming and coping with their day to day life past and present issues, empowering them to gain self-sufficiency and restore trust and support toward leading and build healthy relationships. I have three years of experience as a mental health provider and 30 years in recovery. I am studying to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am certified in TF-CBT working with children and teens dealing with trauma and working toward being certified in CPT.
