Hello and welcome to Evolve Counseling of South Jersey! My name is Riana Kelly and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My focus in counseling is to help you understand, challenge and improve your thoughts, feelings and behaviors in safe therapeutic environment. My approach is warm, supportive and evidence based. I have 18 years of experience working with a wide range of clients including adults, couples, adolescents, children and families. I foster a warm, supportive and empathetic environment for my clients. I believe a positive therapeutic relationship is the core of successful clinical work. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and hold a MS degree. I am trained and have an advanced certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (used for trauma therapy), and mindfulness. I have experience in treating Anxiety disorders, Autism, ADHD, Depression/Mood Disorders, OCD, Trauma and PTSD.
