I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and loss, trauma, career stress, attachment, and difficulties with self-esteem. I particularly enjoy working with adults around issues pertaining to identity development and navigating relationships. My goal is to act as a supportive presence for my clients as they move through what is often a confusing and challenging world.
