I am a therapist with a deep passion for helping people find balance and peace in their lives. I truly believe in connecting with my clients, whether I’m guiding adults through their struggles with finding purpose, supporting teens as they navigate life’s challenges, or helping couples and families rediscover harmony. With experience working with trauma and substance use, including time spent at a recovery center, I’ve seen firsthand how healing is possible with the right support. Originally from the East Coast, I now call Arizona home. Outside of my practice, I enjoy boxing, the outdoors, and traveling to new places. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy. I have experience with adults of all ages, adolescents, and children above 8 years old.
