I know how loud the inner critic can get, how overwhelming it feels to be stuck in loops of anxiety, shame, or self-doubt. I work mostly with those struggling with eating disorders, OCD, trauma / PTSD and Substance use / addictions. I also help teenagers recover from OCD.
