We are the captain of our own boat, and our only disire is to be happy. I am specialized in helping people find the tools to change. I have 30 years of experience as a bilingual psychotherapist working with individuals and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, loss of loved ones, physical and emotional abuse, chronic and terminal illness, self-esteem issues, coming out, psychological distress associated with immigration and its cultural impact, among others. I understand the therapeutic process as an inclusive meeting place that celebrates all identities and honors differences.
