I’m a licensed mental health counselor in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and I’ve had the privilege of working with veterans, firefighters, and individuals dealing with PTSD. I also specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which has some really unique benefits! One of the great things about ART is that it helps clients transform negative images into positive ones without needing to discuss the details of their trauma. This method blends structure with creativity, allowing clients to take charge of their healing while I’m here to offer supportive guidance as their ART therapist. As a Christian, I am committed to offering counseling that integrates faith and values, providing support that reflects God's love, grace, and guidance as we work together to address life's challenges.
