In my 18 years of work with clients, I have worked with severely mentally ill populations, the addicted (both inpatient and outpatient settings), grief stricken, trauma affected and those just wanting an improved emotional life. We all have life challenges at some point in our lives, whether at a point of transition or loss, but sometimes just desiring greater self-reflection.
