I take a somewhat novel approach to therapy, and I work best with individuals experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety due to anxiety disorders, life transitions, trauma and relationship issues. I work to help people in high stress careers overcome anxiety, lead a more productive life, and make room for the important relationships that provide a sense of meaning.
