I am accepting new clients! Our relationship will be built on finding strengths on which you already have and can build supported change. My skills are suited to clients who have experienced something traumatic, find themselves anxious or depressed, are seeking new purpose or direction in life or find themselves needing support by a neutral and honest voice. My approach is geared toward helping clients understand how thinking can get in the way, and how we can use flexible thinking to help make forward life progress.
