Getting started is easy! I provide a comfortable and non-judgmental space where you will be heard and supported. I will help you gain confidence and the skills to deal with difficult feelings, challenging situations and people who may be obstacles to your greater happiness. The greatest change happens when people are empowered to make changes in their own life. I help people find their inner strength and inner wisdom to see their challenges more clearly so they can change their lives for the better. I’ve worked with adults individually and as couples to address common struggles including depression, anxiety, marital difficulties, family issues, divorce, death, drug/alcohol abuse, emotional, physical and sexual abuse, gender identity, sexuality and sexual problems.
