I am a licensed clinical counselor dedicated to supporting adults, adolescents and couples of all backgrounds. If you experience problems related to relationship conflict, trauma, sexuality, grief, loneliness, anxiety, depression or a sense of purposelessness, I have confidence that I can help. My goal is to provide a space for every client to better understand themselves, others, and how they fit into the world. Through dialogue, I help my clients broaden their insight into how they think and feel. Together we navigate questions about meaning in one's life, gaining satisfaction, and how to live well
