Richard is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and has a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from New York University (NYU). Richard has over 20 years of experience working with individuals in outpatient, forensic, and community settings. He provided individual and group counseling to individuals with a mental illness and substance use issues who were incarcerated. Richard diagnosed and assessed individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Richard spent 6 years providing behavioral therapy to adults who have a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
