Welcome to my profile. I am a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) who practices in both Manhattan and Westchester County, New York. I work with adults of all ages on a number of different issues including: Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Life Transitional Issues, and Workplace Issues. My practice is LGBT-friendly and inclusive of all faiths. In addition to receiving CBT training at the Beck Institute I am also trained as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist having completed training at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Education - NYU School of Medicine.
