All relationships rupture...but not all relationships repair. A couple's ability to safely and effectively repair their ruptures, and heal their pain, is an essential ingredient to any healthy long-term connection. In my office, I meet a great variety of people and relationship types; some are merely dating, while others are already engaged, or have begun the marital journey... and yet others are anywhere from 10-50 years into their marriage. What unites them all is the great human need and desire to feel understood, seen, safe, loved, and held. Using my own EFT-based model called "Marital R&R" - Marital Rupture and Repair - I work with my clients towards achieving these natural human longings in their relationship. Our main focus is the 'language of hearts'; what is your heart really trying to say when in pain? What is the message which keeps getting lost in the words and actions of conflict?
