About
I've helped many people cope with excessive life stress, resolve problems in relationships, recover from difficult divorces, manage traumatic bereavement and loss, cope with major life transitions, and develop effective strategies to manage changes in their lives. I served as the director of the Counseling Center at Pace University for 24 years. I've also worked in multiple settings with diverse populations including active duty military personnel, veterans of military service, persons in 12-step programs (AA NA DA), adolescents and their families. I also enjoy helping men to better understand and talk about their feelings.
