I am an experienced psychotherapist who has the ability to successfully apply psychological theory and techniques to help people make desired and necessary changes in their lives. My primary objective, whether in dealing with couples, families, or individuals is to provide them with healthy guidance, support, and insight in order to eliminate self-defeating behaviors.
