I specialize in helping individuals who struggle with BIPOLAR DISORDER, DEPRESSION, FAMILY (including PARENTING challenges) and/or COUPLES difficulties, and ANGER MANAGEMENT. I have over 20 years of experience with individuals suffering with those concerns, and other issues. My COUPLES & FAMILY counseling applies experience and training in highly effective and researched approaches for helping couples and families achieve greater happiness. I also provide a straight-forward approach to ANGER MANAGEMENT counseling. Individuals, couples and families can and do overcome life's challenges, and find peace and joy.
