We teach men how to make their relationships work better, and how to be more successful and happy at work, at home, and in life. Other therapists in my practice specialize in women's issues,trauma recovery, family therapy, eating disorders, and addictions. I am a Board Certified therapist with over 30 years experience. Early in life we are often injured by relationships - and we are healed today by healthy relationships. My primary approach to troubled relationship patterns is Emotionally Focused Therapy. The relationship "dance" changes by working with underlying feelings and needs.
