My specialties are Grief/Loss and Divorce. I use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and Client centered techniques. If indicated, I like to have your sessions take place in nature. My life has taken me from experience, to study, and now to the service of others who are suffering as a result of Grief/loss and/or divorce. You may not believe it now, but these life traumas can act as a force that helps you awaken into a more conscious and self actualized human being.
