Do you believe that perhaps on your path towards happiness and living the life you want has been affected by traumatic or significant life events? I have over ten years experience helping individuals reclaim a life full of meaning and purpose and to begin seeing themselves as the awesome and wonderful person they were meant to be. I believe the manner in which we view ourselves affects the manner in which we live our lives and how we navigate through our existence with others.
