Hi, my name is Richard, and I am a therapist who works with children as young as 3, preteens, teens, and adults. I help people work through their emotions, anxiety, and behaviors that lead to feeling stressed. Play therapy and regular talk therapy offer a way to explore these questions in a creative and safe space. I believe in allowing a person to examine their life story and see the paths taken to end up where they are now.
