I provide Integrative Psychotherapy and Counseling for individuals utilizing Person-centered, Cognitive, Behavioral, Interpersonal/Psychodynamic, Decolonial Psychology and Liberation Psychology theoretical orientations and treatment modalities. My experience includes decades helping people of diverse and oppressed communities across O'ahu with: anxiety, depression, acute and post-traumatic stress, anger management, work/career stressors, grief and loss, chronic pain, gender dysphoria, other medical conditions, interpersonal relationships, general phase-of-life challenges, and coping with and resisting systemic injustices.
