I have a long-standing practice working with gay and queer men; people who've experienced trauma and/or difficult family relationships; and addictive and problematic thoughts and behaviors. I also work with musicians, performers and other artists to integrate their creative process with body-centered awareness. Anxiety about who we are and our place in the world limits what we can achieve personally and professionally.
